Dear Jim:
Now that we are about to end the long process of finding new office space and building it out I wanted to thank you for all of your help in that lengthy journey. I really appreciated your vast knowledge of the Denver commercial rental market and the pros and cons associated with the various properties. I was very impressed when you were able to alert us that we needed to be aware of the taxes we could incur because our building was in a special district. I was amazed at how fast and efficiently you were able to to arrange appointments for us to visit potential new space that was within our range of cost and needs and how flexible you were in continuing to help us find workable alternatives when we would hit a snag with our first choice.

When we finally got down to negotiating with the agent for the landlord, for what was to become out new space, I was stuck by your keen sense of striking just the right tone in the negotiating process and further struck by your ability to predict the probable counter of the landlord. This made it much easier for us to arrive at an acceptable deal. And when we finally started drafting the lease it was obvious that your years of experience were very helpful in coming up with innovative provisions the landlord inserted.
