KEY ACHIEVEMENTS 

Since 2009, primary focus has been as the single point of contact for Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) managing co-brokerage relationships and transactions for FMC’s real estate managers throughout the Western U.S. 

 

For an international law firm, I negotiated savings of over $4.8M from the landlord's initial offer.  In addition, they are the only tenant in Denver's Platte Valley not paying Platte Valley mill levies.  To date these tax savings are over $700K and counting. 

 

When providing representation services for clients, my track record for negotiating savings, averages 28-32% from the landlord's initial offer.

Acted as the sole provider of transaction services for a major U.S. Bank in Colorado since 2005

ABOUT

Prior to starting Layton Lane Partners in 2014, Jim was with CBRE, Inc. for over 25 years first representing landlords and tenants and later exclusively tenants. Most of his relationships with tenants have been ongoing for 25+ years, through multiple changes in decision makers and encompassing numerous assignments.
